Unit Return Policy

All unit sales are considered final upon delivery or pickup, unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to purchase.

Returns or exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis within a limited timeframe, provided the unit:

• Has minimal hours/usage
• Is in like-new condition
• Has not been modified or damaged

A 25% restocking fee may apply to any approved return or exchange.

Special order units are non-returnable.

 

Part Return Policy

All parts returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Parts must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.

The following items are non-returnable:

·         Special order parts

·         Electrical components

·         Rubber materials (including belts, hoses, tires, etc.)

A 25% restocking fee may apply to all approved returns. Weaver Outdoors reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
