Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, is out for delivery, or is ready for pickup.

In-Store Pickup 

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 52345 State Road 933 South Bend, IN 46637. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours.

We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 8 AM - 5PM on Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email and a valid ID with you when you come.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, we will issue a refund or store credit, and you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Alternatively, if you specify you want a direct exchange when you contact us at (574) 272-4242, we will provide instructions on how to swap your item for a different size or color.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right right away at no additional cost to you.
